A parcel can have zero mapped SFHA overlap and still intersect soil map units rated Very limited for septic fields. Review the map-unit evidence, then ask the appropriate professional what site testing is needed.
Rating filters match any included map unit; they do not rate the whole parcel. Water-table estimates, drainage and interpretations come from a dated soil survey, not measurements at this property. “Not limited” is a survey category, not approval to build or install a system.
Keep coverage and evidence together.
Unknown is separate from zero. A mapped soil polygon does not guarantee every interpretation is populated. Partial coverage leaves the remainder unknown. Export retains all original CSV columns, including source URLs and survey versions.
